CA-40GW safety helmet with grinding and welding shield

This multi-purpose safety helmet with a welding and grinding shield provides 5 levels of protection at once: eye, face, head, respiratory and integrated hearing protection. The stable flip-up is compatible with auto-darkening filters or passive filters measuring 110×90 mm. The superior quality visor with anti-fog/anti-scratch coating guarantees an excellent field of vision and increased durability. The easy-to-change DIN4 or DIN5 visor extends the system into the perfect protector for efficient plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The product is suitable for the most challenging welding tasks, including welding preparation (positioning, clamping) and further surface operations (grinding, cleaning, polishing).

In addition to compact respiratory protection, this helmet also protects the head, eyes and face against high-speed particles (marked: A) and offers considerable basic protection against scattered ultraviolet radiation. The welding shield with V9-13 DS auto-darkening filter additionally protects against harmful ultraviolet/infrared radiation and welding spatter.
